i appreciated the convenient location, a short walk to key attractions. jerry and andy provided excellent assistance. the room offered excellent comfort with quietness, a real benefit.
The elevator experienced some delays during peak hours. the stairs were always an option.

a romantic haven amidst the city bustle
helpful staff major attraction dining recommendation
the location was very nice. it was super close to major attractions. getting around and exploring felt wonderfully easy. the staff were friendly and helpful. they offered lovely recommendations for local dining and activities.
the air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud! it switched on every time the temperature dipped slightly. this made sleeping a bit challenging.

dirty carpet empty minibar
the location was acceptable for accessing major attractions.
my room wasn't clean to a satisfying level. the carpet had stains, and i found hairs in the bathroom. the minibar was also empty, and i expected more from that 4 stars.
